Boot Camp | 6-12 people

Assorted strength, cardio and core exercises.  Workouts are progressional, so the workouts build on top of each other. 1X, 2X or 3X/ week for 6-8 weeks. Perfect for group of friends, co-workers or a tight budget.  Fun, motivating and challenging workouts. All fitness levels welcome.
