*Can sign up for same times weekly as well. 

*Any classes outside are weather permitting- can use PAVE Fitness studio if needed

*Punch pass must be used in July &/ or August- No carry over into fall classes.

Bootcamp

Assorted strength, cardio and core exercises! All workouts are thoroughly designed with proper progressions. Various equipment used including- Body weight, TRX, dumbbells, battle ropes, sandbags, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls and much more! ALL fitness levels welcome!


Muscle Conditioning

Different types of workouts including intervals, circuits, supersets and tabata- Focusing on movements and exercises for upper and lower body, endurance and core strength. Class uses a variety of equipment including, body weight, dumbbells, TRX, stability ball, resistance bands and medicine balls.  This class will leave you feeling strong and fit. If you are looking for total body conditioning- this class is for you!


Mom and baby- Stroller and Strength

This class is designed for moms who are focused on feeling healthy and strong again in their post baby body.  First part of class will be cardio with the stroller and the second half of the class will focus on strengthening exercises. rClasses are low to moderate intensity and involve a variety of strength, core, cardio and flexibility exercises which is geared to postnatal women with the main focus being strengthening the core region.  Babies will be used in workouts or baby can lay happily beside mom throughout the workout and what is done in class can be done at home! So if you want to join a fun and social atmosphere while meeting other moms and getting some exercise- this class is for you!


Leg & Booty Sculpt

Strength exercises fused with sculpting exercises. All workouts are thoroughly designed with proper progressions. Focusing on strengthening the hips, glutes, hamstrings and quads. Working on squat, lunge and deadlift technique. Variety of equipment including weight, bands, dumbbells, kettle bells and stability ball. If you want stronger hips and sculpted legs and booty- this class is for you!
