Classes run:

6  weeks long!

1X/ week (6 classes) - $90

2X/ week- (12 classes)- $175

3X/ week- (18 classes)- $225

Bootcamp

Assorted strength, cardio and core exercises! All workouts are thoroughly designed with proper progressions. Various equipment used including- Body weight, TRX, dumbbells, battle ropes, sandbags, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls and much more! ALL fitness levels welcome!


Mom & Baby

Postpartum is different for each mom This class is for designed for moms who want to feel strong and confident post baby.Focus on strengthening the pelvic region, upper and lower body all done with low impact. Babies are used during the class or if baby is content in car seat or laying beside mom, body weight or additional weights can be used for exercises. If you are a mom looking to get a good workout in a fun and comfortable environment, this class if for you!


Leg & Booty Sculpt

Strength exercises fused with sculpting exercises. All workouts are thoroughly designed with proper progressions. Focusing on strengthening the hips, glutes, hamstrings and quads. Working on squat, lunge and deadlift technique. Variety of equipment including weight, bands, dumbbells, kettle bells and stability ball. If you want stronger hips and sculpted legs and booty- this class is for you! 


Beginner Yoga

An introductory class for those who have little to no experience with yoga or those who want to bring it back to the basics. This beginners class uses a combination of simple postures, movement and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. All fitness levels welcome with the focus being proper alignment for every body type to safely learn the basics.
