Classes run:

 July 2nd- August 31st, 2018

*Total 7 weeks:

Week break July 16th-21st and August 27-31st

I will post workouts on my Facebook page for those weeks

Punch Pass Options:

7 classes - $105

10 classes -$130

15 classes- $165

20 classes $200

Unlimited- $250

*Mom and baby class details:

Runs June28th-August 9th (no class July 19th) $60 for 6 weeks or can use a punch pass

*Outdoor classes will be at Rotary Park (weather dependent- will move inside if needed)

*Core in the park will be a Kiwanis Park

*Can come to any class that fits your schedule!

*ALL fitness levels welcome!

*Feel free to bring kids for any class- (if you feel comfortable with it!)

-studio has a waiting area attached or can be by us outdoors

*Saturday classes will run only on select weeks- will post when class will be on

**NOTE: beginner yoga starts July 10th and Core in the park starts July 11th**

Assorted strength, cardio and core exercises! All workouts are thoroughly designed with proper progressions. Various equipment used including- Body weight, TRX, dumbbells, battle ropes, sandbags, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls and much more! ALL fitness levels welcome!

Core in the Park

35 minute class to strengthen your core region. Variations of exercises used to strengthen back, hips and shoulders. Grab a friend or co worker and come work your core! Perfect for a lunch time energy and fresh air boost! All fitness levels welcome. (Bring own towel or matt) 

Can use if have a punch pass or $5 drop in.

Beginner Yoga

An introductory class for those who have little to no experience with yoga or those who want to bring it back to the basics. This beginners class uses a combination of simple postures, movement and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. All fitness levels welcome with the focus being proper alignment for every body type to safely learn the basics.
