Classes run:

Class options:

1X/week - $120 (8 classes)

2X/week -$200 (16 classes)

3X/week- $265 (24 classes)

DESCRIPTIONS:

Bootcamp

Assorted strength, cardio and core exercises! All workouts are thoroughly designed with proper progressions. Various equipment used including- Body weight, TRX, dumbbells, battle ropes, sandbags, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls and much more! ALL fitness levels welcom


Beginner Yoga

An introductory class for those who have little to no experience with yoga or those who want to bring it back to the basics. This beginners class uses a combination of simple postures, movement and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. All fitness levels welcome with the focus being proper alignment for every body type to safely learn the basics.


Mom & Baby:

This class is for designed for moms who want to feel strong and confident post baby. The class focuses on strengthening the pelvic region and upper/ lower body, all done with low impact. Babies are used during the class or if baby is content in car seat or lying beside mom, body weight or additional weights can be used for exercises. If you are a mom looking to get a good workout in a fun and comfortable environment, this class if for you!


Muscle Conditioning:

This class focuses on strengthening and conditioning the upper/lower body and core region. Balance and stability is also incorporated. All workouts are thoroughly designed with proper progressions. There is modification and advancements made for each exercise to fit each fitness level. Various equipment is used including- body weight, dumbbells, benches, medicine balls and more! All fitness levels welcome!
