*You can mix and match classes to accommodate your schedule

*Bring your pass to each class to get punched

*Outdoor classes @ Rotary Park

*Core in the park @ Kiwanis Park (just past where the skating rink is in the winter)

DESCRIPTIONS:

*Classes at PAVE are no more than 12 people. Classes are small to allow for a comfortable environment where everyone feels welcome! I ensure that people are doing exercises correctly and give progressions and regressions for each exercise and to allow for all fitness levels to join classes!

Bootcamp

Assorted strength, cardio and core exercises! All workouts are thoroughly designed with proper progressions. Various equipment used including- Body weight, TRX, dumbbells, battle ropes, sandbags, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls and much more! ALL fitness levels welcome!


Beginner Yoga

An introductory class for those who have little to no experience with yoga or those who want to bring it back to the basics. This beginners class uses a combination of simple postures, movement and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. All fitness levels welcome with the focus being proper alignment for every body type to safely learn the basics.


Muscle Conditioning:

This class focuses on strengthening and conditioning the upper/lower body and core region. Balance and stability is also incorporated. All workouts are thoroughly designed with proper progressions. There is modification and advancements made for each exercise to fit each fitness level. Various equipment is used including- body weight, dumbbells, benches, medicine balls and more! All fitness levels welcome!
